Hello and welcome! I’m Robbie Leach, and I have the honor of serving as the Senior Pastor here at Beech Park. It’s a calling I don’t take lightly—and one I carry with deep gratitude and joy.

My heart is to see people come to know Jesus personally, grow in their faith, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. I believe the local church is a place of healing, transformation, and hope. It’s not just about Sunday mornings—it’s about doing life together, rooted in God’s Word and led by His Spirit.

I’ve been in ministry for 27 years, and every season has deepened my love for the Lord and for His people. One of my greatest joys is seeing lives changed—watching people step out of brokenness into wholeness, from religion into real relationship with Jesus.

Outside of the pulpit, I enjoy spending time with family, reading, being outdoors, traveling, sports, etc. I believe in living with balance, humor, humility, and a servant’s heart.

A verse that anchors my calling is Jeremiah 3:15: "Then I will give you shepherds after My own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding." My daily prayer is to be that kind of shepherd—for this church and for every soul God brings through our doors.

Hi, I’m Chad Broscious, and I have the incredible privilege of serving as the Youth Pastor here at Beech Park. I absolutely love working with students and helping them grow in their faith, ask honest questions, and discover who they are in Christ.

Youth ministry isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I believe today’s teens are not just the future of the church—they're a powerful part of it right now. My passion is to create a space where students feel safe, seen, and supported, and where they can encounter Jesus in a real and personal way. Whether we’re diving into Scripture, serving our community, worshiping together, or just sharing laughs over snacks, I want every student to know you matter, and you belong.

Outside of church, I enjoy hiking, watching sports, or spending time with my family. I love good coffee, deep conversations, and watching young people step boldly into their calling.

One of my favorite Bible verses is 1 Timothy 4:12: "Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." That verse shapes how I lead and how I encourage our students to lead, too.

My name is Eric Tackett, and I serve as the Minister of Worship. It is both an honor and a calling to lead God's people in worship each week. My name is Ashley Moses, and I have the absolute joy of serving as Children's Ministry Director. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than sharing the love of Jesus with children and watching their hearts come alive as they learn about who God is and how deeply He loves them.

I've always had a passion for both the Lord and for children, and this ministry allows me to combine those two callings in the most beautiful way. It's my prayer that every child who enters our ministry feels safe, seen, and celebrated-and that every parent knows their little ones are being poured into with love, truth, and joy.
