Students will need money for 3 meals
Hotel information will be provided to parents at the time we leave.

Meeting at BP 5:30pm Friday, Nov. 21
Transportation provided.
Eating at Chick-Fil-A Pigeon Forge (Students need $)
Check-in to hotel and walk to conference
Conference (Omega Session) 9pm-11:45pm
Return to Hotel & Lights out
Saturday Schedule
Breakfast provided in the hotel lobby 9:30am
Walk to HOF Conference
Conference 11am-1:30pm
Purchase any conference merchandise and T-Shirts (Students need $)
Hotel Conference Room
Pizza Party, Snacks, Drinks provided
Card Games, Board Games, and Group Activities
Cracker Barrel 5:00pm (Students need $)
Return to hotel parking and walk to HOF Conference
Concert 7:30pm-9:30pm
Return to BP around 11:30pm
